Lemon Whisky, is a mild, lemon-flavoured Canadian style Whisky. Good straight, on the rocks, as a tall drink, or with mixers.

Whisky Smoked Blend

This is a full golden, clear and bright Scotch with medium full aroma, well balanced oak with a hint of citrus (orange) and a medium full flavour with some fruitiness. The finish is clean and medium dry.

Bourbon Whisky

Gentle, but quite evocative nose of dessert apple and raisin cookies. Sweet but appetizing. It is light in body and flavour, but with some delicacy and complexity. Vanilla. Honey. Spicy.
The finish is full of fruity flavours reminiscent of orange flower water. Drying somewhat with a hint of char. Even the colour is pale. This is a very gentle introduction to bourbon, but with all the elements there in place.
