The Grand Superior Wine-kits are made from 100% pure varietal grape concentrate.

All types include separately packed oak chips - different for each variety - used to bring out all the complex flavours which can normally only be achieved through barrel ageing.

Each type has is own specific yeast strain developed to enhance the characteristics of the variety.

Grand Superior produce complex wines of great character with all the aromas and flavours of the variety. They will be ready in 4-6 weeks but develop wonderfully with further bottle ageing.

Barolo Style
The great full bodied Italian Red from Piemonte. The Grand Superior Barolo Style wine is rich in soft tannins, with flavours of rose petals and violets and a touch of truffle and tar.

Chablis Style
A rich, forward nose with smoky, mineral notes and a wonderful slightly green tint to its colour are typical characteristics of the Grand Superior Chablis Style wine.

Cabernet/Merlot
An exquisite mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and the softer Merlot grapes. The Grand Superior Cabernet/Merlot is a deep crimson coloured wine with the aroma of violets and cedar.
