Pinot Nero is the Italian name for Pinot Noir. It arrived in the northern region of Alto Adige, from France at the turn of the 19th century. The most suitable area for the Pinot Nero is the highland in Trentino Alto Adige between 300 and 750 meters. It grows in the regional areas of Breganze and Piave. |

They both produce ruby red wines with vinous flavours of raspberry, wild cherry and a slight touch of cinnamon and cloves. The Breganze wine has a delicate bouquet while the Piave wine has a characteristic, agreeable and vinous bouquet |
