Making Wine At Home has
taken a great step forward with the development of new
wine
yeasts and highly specialized nutrients. During the last few years they
have developed wine yeast and nutrient combinations for very fast
fermentations which still retain the qualities of the grapes used. In
the high quality field, they have developed combinations of particular
grape
concentrates, yeast strains and nutrients
to achieve the perfect varietal wine.
Making
Beer At Home using these liquid hops and dry malt produces super
quality results. We have more than just wine-kits,
beer-kits and turbo
yeast. We also have a large range of homebrew accessories
for wine brewing, beer brewing and home distilling. Our main beer making
homebrew kits are the Bards Dry Malt Beer Kits - the super quality
beer-kit. The Bards Dry Malt are unlike anything
you have seen before. Based on super quality dried malt they will
produce a cleaner, more real taste than most liquid malt extract
products. We also manufacture the Alcotec
Basic Spirit homebrew kit for fermentation of pure high alcohol. Also
for the home distiller, we produce a small range of very high quality
essences, the Vinland range - and we stock the
entire Prestige range of essences from Gert
Strand AB, including the Fill-Ups. As you may have realized, we are not
exactly your normal middle-of-the-road homebrew supplier. We are the
ones overtaking on the inside at 200 mph. We are always developing the
